Oven baked chicken and potato cooked by Gurra and Therese
This weekend it was really cold for the first time this season in Stockholm. It was clear blue sky and the temperature almost fell below zero. It’s time to enjoy warm food with red wine in a warm cosy room inside.
Gurra and Therese cooked a wonderful chicken dish for us!
たくさんのニンニクと一緒に、鳥を丸ごとオーブンで焼いています。やわらかい鶏肉に、ニンニクと肉汁をかけていただきます。付け合せはベークドポテト。
日本では、鳥の丸焼きといえばクリスマスで食べるかどうか、というくらいですが、こちらでは週末のディナーで気軽に料理されています。オーブンに放り込むだけという手軽な料理なので、是非気軽に試したいところです。
Their new apartment is old and very beautiful!
The ceiling is very high (about 3.5 m?) so I felt like I was a smaller person or a “Hobbit”.
